Replacement tile and adjustable base roof attachment for rail-based PV racking on flat-profile tile roofs. The universal base has built-in, deck-level flashing on all four sides and replaces a complete tile, creating a watertight seal. Provides two structural attachment points for strong pullout resistance and eliminates cutting, drilling, or grinding of tiles.
