Description
Flexible roof foot kit supplied with EverSeal butyl rubber to provide proven, long‑term water sealing for PV mounting. Attaches to rafters or decking within the K2 CrossRail ecosystem and works across multiple roof types (metal, EPDM, SBS modified bitumen/torchdown, asphalt, concrete, composition shingle). Complies with ICC ESR‑3575, Intertek TAS 100(A), UL 441, and Miami‑Dade NOA; 25‑year warranty.
