K2 Flex Foot Kit, Mill w/EverSeal (4000718)

Roof attachment foot for K2 CrossRail systems, supplied pre‑assembled with K2 EverSeal rubber butyl for waterproofing (TAS 100(A) and Wind Driven Rain tested) and UL 2703 compliant. Installs to rafters with one 5/16 in lag or to the deck with four #14 screws, and also supports a 3/8 in concrete anchor; the rail shelf supports and aligns the CrossRail T‑Bolt channel and allows 360‑degree rotation with a lag. Compatible with CrossRail 44‑X, 48‑X, 48‑XL, and 80 and suitable for nearly all roof types except PVC. Material: aluminum with stainless steel hardware; mill finish. Ships in boxes of 10 (13.52 lb per box).
