Metal flashing kit (mill finish) with EverSeal butyl rubber for watertight attachments on composition and other roof types. Used with K2 CrossRail mounts; fastens to rafters or decking and provides proven water sealing performance. Meets ICC ESR‑3575, Intertek TAS 100(A), UL 441, and Miami‑Dade NOA; 25‑year warranty.
