Description
South-facing ballasted racking system for flat roofs, optimized for the U.S. market with optional anchoring. Built from 6000‑series aluminum and zinc‑aluminum‑magnesium coated structural steel, it supports 60-, 72-, 120- and 144‑cell PV modules in portrait (5.5–6.5° tilt) or landscape (10° tilt) with adjustable inter‑row spacing from 8–18 in. The system is ballasted with optional anchors, IBC/IRC compliant, and wind‑tunnel tested to ASCE 7‑16/7‑10/7‑05 and SEAOC PV2, with a maximum allowable uplift of 300 kg when anchored. Features patented mats for thermal expansion, a sliding self‑aligning clamp for fast installation, stackable components for shipping, and compatibility with TPO, bitumen, EPDM, and concrete roofs.
